She’s hired, fired, managed, built, and rebuilt. She knows what it's like to lead a team on a hard week, to close a chapter you loved, and to start completely over in your 40s with nothing but a clear sense of purpose and a lot of nerve. That lived experience isn't a footnote to her writing career — it is her writing career. It's what makes her content feel real, because it is.

She holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and her career has included roles as a general manager, a retail business owner, an administrative professional and a two-decade long side career as a fitness instructor- giving her an intimate, insider understanding of what it means to build something, face uncertainty, lead a team, and motivate them to keep going anyway.
